Your payment information is held only by Eventbrite, we do not see any of that. Any ticket transfers are handled by them too.

We can access the contact details that you submitted, as well as dietary requirements and accessibility requests. We will contact you regarding the event online, using the email address that you provided, at sensible intervals to keep you updated with vital information to make sure your visit runs smoothly. We keep this information password protected and accessed only by two members of the organising team.

When you registered, you were given the option to opt-in to Katie Ford Ltd and sponsor communications. If you did decide to go ahead with this, you always have the option to unsubscribe at any time via links in the footer of communications sent. The sponsors they may be passed to if you explicitly opted in when you registered, are listed in the sponsor section at the bottom at the base of the about page (including platinum, gold and global sponsors).
